I went to The Dump today after class to get a new King Koil mattress for my mother. I chose today because The Dump was having a big sale for Labor Day. I was able to get the mattress for a little over $124.

Since I came into a little bit of money, I wanted to do this for my mother because I could tell that it bothers her not to have a mattress. It’s hard for her to get to do things for herself. She needs all the help that she can get.

Though, she has come into a bit of misfortune. Even if she does see it as much as being bad as good. My grandparents found a really good deal on a 1,300ft condo in St. George, Utah. They want to buy it for her so that she can move back down there. To be honest, my grandfather is getting sicker and sicker. He wants her there for the time he has left and my grandmother wants her there so that she won’t be alone.

So, my mother was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
